RETURNS POLICY:
We are committed to your satisfaction and will accept returns of any stock item you purchase on our site. We require that you ship returns to us within three weeks of the time you receive your order. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with the return.

We cannot accept returns of items that are damaged, or used. Pharmaceutical products. Barium or Film cannot be opened. If you feel an exception to this policy is warranted, please consult with us Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time by phone (800) 749-2483 (toll free) or e-mail info@gewalker.com. before shipping the merchandise.

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will credit your account for the merchandise amount. Please attach a brief note explaining the defect or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.

All returns refunds will be credited to the bank/charge card or GEW credit account used for the purchase transaction.

Please be aware that special order items cannot be returned. All items are subject to restocking charges as determined by the product manufacturer.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Customers who are on our delivery routes will be shipped free of charge on their next delivery day. All others will be shipped via UPS and will be charged UPS shipping rates.

We normally ship by UPS ground service, which should arrive within three to five BUSINESS DAYS of shipping.

NOTE: We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Express Delivery is also available but extra shipping charges will apply. We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. You will choose the shipping method for your order in the checkout process. Please note that couriers will only deliver to a street address.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments, and G E Walker Inc. account numbers based on terms.
